This 4 to 6 hour paddle sets off in the morning from Brentwood Bay, a scenic 30 minute drive from Victoria.  Skillfully timing the tides and water level, we make our way around Squally Reach into Finlayson Arm. We spend the day paddling mindfully through the glacially carved fjord, cedars towering above us, deep clear waters below. This scenery is what British Columbia is known for!

We'll stop for lunch at a waterfall (water flow is not guaranteed) and be sure to get lots of photos and relaxation in too. 

Our pace will be relaxed as we don’t want to rush the beauty and tranquillity of this unique experience. It will make you feel worlds away from the bustle of Victoria. 

Meet at:

• 9am meeting in Brentwood Bay, BC at a the public kayak launch at 819 Verdier Ave. between Brentwood Lodge and the ferry terminal.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before, earlier if you need to collect your rental gear or inflate your board.

End at:

• Goldstream Boathouse Marina (3540 Trans Canada Hwy, Victoria, BC V9B 6H6) 
• This tour typically takes between 4 to 6 hours depending upon conditions and group interests.
• A shuttle will take us back to your car in Brentwood Bay or you can arrange personal pickup at the landing point. 

NOTE: Meeting times and paddle direction, therefore meeting location, may change if tides or weather conditions require it. You will be emailed or called 24 hours prior to launch if this happens.
