In order to fill that gap between achieving certification and full out instructing/guiding or formal professional development, these meet-ups are intended to be casual and fun with ideas flowing organically as we go.
The stand-up community is one of the most supportive I've seen in any sport and this will give us an opportunity to hone our skills together in a positive environment, expand our knowledge base and, ultimately, better serve our clients.
